Branch or WLL

We like to start one Trading and contracting company in Qatar. Some people saying its better to start as BRANCH in under a WLL company. If like this, I can save initial investment for formation of the company. Approximate below Qr.10,00o only.

If start WLL company, long process and formation cost will be morethan 20k, and municpal aprooval, Rent and somany high tasks to face it and related expense too.

What is the advantage in WLL and Branch company?

W L L is the best choice for further developments. some of the companies requiered wll for their business deals regarding what kind of business you are intenting to start. bank loans... etc etc need wll. It will not be a veru big task. there are so many companies will help you to setup wll. The bank guarentee also provided by them with service charge. approxiamately it costs 16000QR. thank you...
