Description
Review business plan with BDM and work towards achieving sales and profit targets.
Be the face of business in front of external parties like clients and contractors.
Manage customer relationships by meeting or connecting with them often and convert them into business opportunities.
Ensure 100% approachability and availability to potential customers.
Establish connections with local contractors or individual tradesmen offering different services.
Receive customer RFPs/ RFQs/ Tenders and work on costing.
Prepare realistic pricing file and share with BDM/ GM for approval.
Timely submission of prices/ quotes to clients.
Receipt of purchase orders/ contracts from clients.
Split works to purchases and/or services.
Manage purchases from local or international channels.
Assign tasks to in-house team (once available).
Assign work to local contractors/ individual tradesmen.
Monitor work while being carried out by them.
Coordinate with Operations to arrange all necessary paperworks required by clients.
Handle invoicing and chase payments.
Desired Skills & Experience
JOB REQUISITES
Basic education.
1-2 years of sales experience in small sized organizations in Qatar.
Good knowhow of Qatar market with an existing customer base.
Excellent sales & marketing capabilities.
Good relationship building skills.
Decent communication skills in English.
Open to flexible working.
Qatari driving license.
