Synopsis:

Over 7 years of cross-cultural experience in Managing Projects right from development to delivery

encompassing planning, monitoring and controlling in various phases of project lifecycle.

 Planning estimation & scheduling using project management software’s such as Primavera

(version 6.1, 8.2 & 15.1), MS Project 2007 Professional and SAP.

 Prepare Extension of Time Claims as per FIDIC

 Ensure subcontractor programs are in line with the Main Contractors baseline

 Prepare standalone working programmes in consultation with site supervision

 Prepare, Monitor and review various KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for projects.

 Creating & updating of daily, weekly, monthly reports and client presentations.

 Project management and close coordination with project managers, project directors, contractors,

architects, consultants & other external agencies and ensuring timely deliverables.
