·       Reporting to QA/QC Manager.

·       Preparation, review & implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Material Requisition, FAT/SAT Procedures, Vendor/Sub-Contractors documents

·       Preparation of Inspection Assignment Package (IAP), Final Inspection Disposition Report (FIDR).

·       Review of TPI report and Inspection Release Note

·       Assign and Coordinate vendor/manufacturer/third party agency relevant inspection activities.

·       Ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with quality system documents and/or Project Quality Plan.

·       Monitor construction activities for the compliance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Identified observation and deviations are controlled through NCR/QOC/CAR.

·       Follow up with project execution team for earlier closure of NCR/QOC with effective corrective and preventive measures.

·       Conduct quality toolbox talk twice in a week to site team to minimize the non-conformities, negative observations and punch points.

·       Conduct quality training to supervisors/foreman/technicians periodically and examine to ensure the competency in order to comply project requirements.

·       Identify and allocate resources to meet site QA/QC requirements including Plan and assign tasks to project quality team on daily basis.

·       Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved IFC drawings, Method Statements / QC procedures and/or manufacturers’ recommendations.

·       Coordinate with Contractor & Company representative for Project Audit plan and reporting.

·       Attend weekly and monthly quality meeting.

·       Attend weekly and monthly quality walk through.

·       Support and provide ideas to construction team for completion of A-ITRs in view of attaining project completion goals.

·       Prepare and maintain all the QA/QC records and documents in traceable manner through RFI register, KPI register, quality tool box register, quality walkthrough register, QOC register, DSR register, NCR/CAR/PAR register, IMTE Register, Cable outer sheath damage register.

Materials receiving inspection at warehouse & store and follow preservation according to approved MAR, BOM, PO, manufacturer test reports, project standards and specification
