- Handling international passengers with flight bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements. Handling DGR (Direct Guest Refund) on a regular basis through emails and responding to the same. Handling emails from clients and replying to them on a daily basis. Working on all 3 GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) for issuance, refunds, and reissue.Customer service agent, responsible for ticket issuance (INTL and Domestic) on GDS Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo. Performing name corrections on all GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo). Nil ADC reissue on all GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo). Handling queues on all three CRS systems and informing clients of scheduled changes on a daily basis. Assisting clients over the phone for refunds, reissues, and other queries.
