I have 4+ years of experience. For the past 4 years, I’ve been working in Telco industry and I was involved in several big projects with different roles. I have a good understanding of Telco infrastructure and all the E2E Telecom (BSS, and OSS). For more than 3 years, I am serving ooredoo in different roles such as Customer service Representative, UAT tester. I have experience in E2E Telecom Rating & Billing, Provisioning, Mediation, CRM, Order Management, Mobile Apps and Web Portal etc. Good understanding of Software development and testing methodologies. Experience of working in projects using waterfall and SCRUM methodologies. I am available to travel for both short and long periods. I have strong leadership and management skills developed during my professional career.
