I am an accomplished hospitality professional with over a decade of experience, including eleven years as a Bell Captain and one year as a Bell Man at Hotel Victory in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Hotel Management from CTH in London, UK and have completed a four-month course in Front Office Secretarial Operations from NHTTI in Dhaka, BD. Additionally, I completed a two-month internship at Ruposhi Bangla Hotel, now known as Inter-Continental.
