I've got 5+ years' experience in the field of customer relationship and banking operations. I was managing the Customer Care department of Hyundai Motors Franchise under S.S. Group, Kerala, India. My previous position was Customer Care Manager in SS Hyundai.
I got an opportunity to showcase my skills for organizational growth and business development in my previous positions. I got an opportunity to sharpen my skills in various areas such as planning, organizing, analyzing troubles, solving customer complaints, customer satisfaction, strong product & industry knowledge, leadership and teamwork.
