An HR Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within an organization. The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives. This includes managing the recruitment and selection process, maintaining employee relations, administering benefits and compensation, developing and implementing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
In addition, responsible for developing and maintaining a positive company culture and promoting employee engagement and retention. I will work closely with department heads to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. I will also provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
I have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Masters's Degree in International Business, along with 11 years of experience in HR management. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of Qatar Labor laws and regulations.
