Those cycles at the corniche... do anybody use them?

The locks on the cycles open only via a swipe card which one has to procure through the machine nearby... which has instruction in french...

Maybe the cycles are only for the French... ;-)

... and oh yes... there is a sign nearby that says "No Cycling...No Swimming...No Fishing"
