how to apply for QF nurse job with MOI

dear friends,
i am a nurse and new to Doha on visiting visa.i see in different job sites vacancies for nurse in qatar foundation and also another one for Prison nurse with ministry of internal affairs. i applied for those in the job search sites but there is no response.could anybody help me with info as how i can get in touch with the concerned employers.
