any one getting job call from james cubitt engineering consultancy company, please do not accept, by considering there london office link. since it is a worse company interms of management and work also, it is a one man show company running under Egyptian style. the key words are " i dont know", " no money", " i am not responsible" ( all in arabic words). they do the interview, provide you offer, within over night with full of of promises, you may feel, being at heaven, once comes to work on first day and meet the co-workers you will feel..........no word to describe. salary will be paid once in blue moon.being a respectful consultancy industries, these people should be wiped out at no delay. regards. one day employee in JCP-Qatar
Friend works there. He has been paid once on time in the 8 months he has been employed there. His work is good, he has been called in to consult with other clients of the company to fix other's mistakes....yet they can't seem to find his pay. Seems to me this is a very shoddy way to run a business. I don't know much about how Egyptians run a business but this certainly doesn't speak well for this Egyptian general manager.

None of the Top 100 (globally ranked, and with presence in the middle east) engineering consultancies are run by egyptians or lebanese. Most are averse to hiring either.

molten & gi10110, its not my study, this is the feed back which i got the co workers sitting at site office, without asking any question from them, they express them self these stories, because now the company use the strategy that, while keep the old staff without paying salary, they recruits new staff, since they have the strong weapon NOC. my notes are just to keep alarm, for some innocent job seekers , not for net surfers who sitting on top and do nothing.
