Dear, coordinate all your concerns through the Qatar embassy or consulate in your country; they can help you out if you are not sure of all the replies from QL.

Hi we just got our dog to Qatar a few months back. Documentation vary from country to country. From Europe you'll need a passport for the dog. To enter Qatar, you'll need all shots up-to-date (Rabies, distemper, corona virus) and the proof must be submitted at the local quarantine at least 10 days prior to departure. In Qatar, you'll need an import permit which cost us QR1000 and proof of vaccinations. The dog MUST be microchipped, without which wont be allowed to enter the country. We got everything done through Qatar Vet Center (Nikky). They were very helpful

also, you can contact one of the vets here in Qatar for more info. Our dog is registered at Qatar Vet Centre, they can help with pet re-location in and out of Qatar. http://www.qatarvet.com/PET_RELOCATION.html
