Sponsorship Transfer

I’ve transferred my sponsorship to the current employer locally from the previous one & completed 7 years with this firm. I like to change the sponsorship as I’m not happy with the salary which I’m getting & the duty timing (dual shift & affecting my own business). What will be the solution to get a release from the present sponsor if they don’t like to give me the same. My labor contract is going to be expired on December 2007 & they are eager to renew that again. Heard some rules and regulations are going to be changed in this regard. Anyone can give exact information please. Hope this will useful for more QL members.
