Cancellation of Visa with NOC- is there such thing?

My former company gave me NOC in order that I can work for my new company.

3 months passed by, but the Transfer of Visa did not take place.
My former company now will cancel my visa (under their sponsorship), and promise to issue me another NOC.

1. Can I still go back and work here, once the new company sends me my new visa under their sponsorship? Or I have to wait for 6 months.

2. I have outstanding credit card loan, will I be put on hold at the Immigration.

What documentations do I need now.

Please advice.

Regards,
xxx

Get the orig w/ you or check w/ the HR of the new company you'll work. Maybe they need the orig to apply for you a re-entry visa.

Not a problem dude, your visa is cancelled and coming back on a new company visa w/o any objection from your current sponsor. Get me?

Apple, should the NOC be original, or a photocopy will do.

and there would be no problems at the immigration, when I leave on the 21st of June?

Just make sure you got the NOC in your hand before leaving the country and come back on your new sponsor visa. That should not be a problem.
