Running Group in Doha

I am training for a marathon and will be working locally in Doha for the month of January. I will be 6 weeks out from my marathon, so I am really hoping someone knows of a long-distance running group or local training program? I would appreciate any insight you might have and definitely look forward to connecting with other runners in Doha.

I run on my own... not part of a group. But there is plenty of beauty and inspiration to run in Doha... run the Corniche to the Pearl..

We have 30+ members, run different routes around West Bay, have Friday Brunch social every few months, have post run coffee drinks every week. Very social group. All are welcome. No membership fees.

I have formed a running group that meet every Friday morning at 6am on the Corniche next to the Sheraton Hotel by the circular coffee shop. There are 8 of us, 2 running the dubai marathon, 2 running the RAK half marathon, I just ran the dubai half marathon this morning. We run 8 to 12KM+ up to 25km. No running events in Doha, many in UAE and Dubai.
