renting a place and adding to it
i have rented a maid's room independent portion of a villa (one bedroom, toilet&bath and kitchen). me and my landlady have an verbal agreement that i can make an extension of the place to make it bigger at my own expense. as it turns out that the landlady has no connection whatsoever to the owner of the villa she is just a caretaker and rent collector and her brother is the one dealing with the owner which is qatari, one day the owner visited the place and saw the extension of my house and he immediately got angry telling me to take it down and was threatening me that he will call the police and have me arrested, now the issue is cleared and we were told that we are going to get another contract since the old contract is nulled and void because of the misunderstandings, they will issue us a new and clean contract. after all the problems i decided not to continue living there anymore and i told them that i want to take down the extension and put it back the same way as it was before i rented it because i don't want them to make profit from my expenses, they told me that anything that is fixed on the said property i cannot take down, i don't want these monsters to make profit from this so please give me advise on how to fight these legally (i have a little problem on budget) and i want to give justice to these phony "caretakers" who is dealing with tenants illegally and making profit on the side without the owner's knowledge, and giving us tenants really hard time, always saying " if you want to stay, stay if you want to leave, leave!)
but when the owner saw it he immediately wants to remove the extension. and the contract was void doesn't this mean we can remove it since nothing was set?
Get a pistol, point it to the head of the "caretakers" and press the trigger. Then get a buldozer, storm it into the building. I'm flattered.... Hahaha...
Get an exit permit together with a confirmed ticket to ur native country b4 doing so...
The crisis are not going to over unless we shoot these bloody middle men. Mind you, u don't have the right to fight leagally coz, u don't have any agreement with the actual owner.
Good luck...
