I am a filipina and presently looking forward to have a job there in qatar because I like it there, but how could I able to have a new visa when my previous one was cancelled by my employer? Is there any chance that I could use another kind of visa? Please do help me.
if you want to work in qatar the only visa you can use is a working visa. If your previous visa was cancelled less then 2 years ago, you need to obtain a NOC letter from your previous sponsor and make your new RP with the new sponsor. you cannot obtain a new RP without NOC letter from your previous sponsor.
If your working visa was cancelled 2 or more years ago, there is no any problem with getting another one.
You have to go to the Embassy of Qatar in the Phils. The embassy is the best place to ask regarding your visa question.
