RP Cancellation

Hi All,
I was working in Qatar for about 6 months and then my company had sent me back. However, my visa was not cancelled since I was to return in 3 months, but that did not happen and now my RP has expired. I had come back in Apr 2008 and my RP expired in October 2008. Now I wanted to know that if I get a very good offer from another company would I have problems in getting a visa. Would request all to please help me with an answer and give me a solution.

thanks

Hi All,

Once again, is there a format for the NOC or is it just a releaving letter on the company letter head with the Sponcers Signature?

thanks

I agree with henan, deal with your employer in polite way till you get NOC and any time you can enter QATAR with visa issued by new employer

as per qatar labor law..if a company hired you locally, and you were able to finished your contract, you have the right to requeust for a NOC,but if you are hire from your directly from your country but unfinished contract, your sponsor have the right to send you back where they hired you without any question..if you are to say that your company that you're working at the present were not that kind even on giving salary,i believe that your question is already answered..in short, you can not transfer to any other company without thier NOC...the best thing is finish your contract and deal with them in a nice and polite way....

Also, The company has not been good since they have not even given my salary. I don't think I would get an NOC since no one replies to calls or E-mails. In this case what do you all suggest?

thanks a lot for your suggestions....

No Problem !!! Since u r out for more than 6 months your RP is automatically cancelled from the system. But, to come back, make sure to get NOC from your previous company.

You will be able to come back anytime if the company that you were previously working for will give you an NOC. Without that you cannot come back until October 2010.
