Hi!! I got an employment offer from one of the consulting firm here in qatar. They offer me GRADE 3 only as secretary/doc. controller. When it comes to the benefits I cannot say anything aside from the grade given to me.

Can you please tell me what is the equivalent salary rate of GRADE 3?

Grading is different everywhere. Grade 3 in Government jobs is a dream but maybe not in private companies which have their own HR policy.

Why dont you as them for the grading synopsis?

Every company has different grading .... and their different packages... So its better to clarify with them what is exactly included in your package of grade 3.... Rather than reaching here and then getting disappointed if you come with higher expectation...
