when is it reasonable to get mad?

3 months without salary. getting the wages soon is not a even probability. Asked the accounts, they said, "we have money but we have to pay debts." problem is, i gotta pay the rent, the transport driver and have a family to feed and ofcourse i have to eat as well. Is this because of the economic crisis? Should i empathize with my employers and be motivated to work harder for 'em? is this true to most of the company here in qatar? and do they mean when they say Inshallah?

The right time for you to get Mad is now and even shall be before, complaining may worsen your situation, but staying in your company will also worsen your LIFE & FUTURE...You must decide ASAP & try to insert sacrifice in your decision...SACRIFICE that will end your problem...why not try to ask for release or NOC & find another job? Or resign & go back to your home country, rather than hoping & waiting for something which may destroy your whole life...in short decide, think 3x & sacrifice. Only stupid (sorry for the word) person will stay in that kind of company....move forward

I believe your right, but the thought of all the inconvinience to file a formal report that we might face is just so traumatic. To go back and forth to get help will dry up more our already dried pockets. you know how it is to stand up and fight. takes a lot of courage and effort. We might end up losing the job instead getting what's duly ours.

Do not wait any further. You and your co-workers should unite and file a complaint to the LAbor Department. Your employer should either pay you or let you go.

last phrase should read, what do they mean when they say, Inshallah?
