who is wrong

what happened to me and myfriend really make me confused , i donot know who is wrong , so i am writing here want to all of you give me a good ideal for what i should do is right.
today i with my friend go for shopping but on the way my friend ask me go with her to a company (here i donot want to mention the company name)first for this company didnot pay her the last amount 10% retention for nearly 3 years, and recently she has followed many times but the manager always run away from them , at last they ask her sign a paper writing in arabic, because she doesnot know arabic so she show this paper to someone , then come to know what writen on the paper , is mentioned that she had received that amount money ,today my friend want to go there again asking the payment , but when we got there everybody seemed ignored her, i was beside and listen all the story really lost my temper , i asked reception ask the phone number of manager but they refused to give , of course after all this happened we lost our temper we keep asking why not paying her the money with loudly sound , and this big voice bring the owner come out from office with big face .later he came to know that i am not working for my friend company he told that is illegal for me come to his company and help my friend for asking the money because this is not my business , he has to report to police , he even took my ID , and complain to my sponsor. at that time i apologized because i lost my temper , due to really i got so irritated when i knowing all the story of my friend. but i could not understand , why he is the one oweing friend money and he can shout at us , we couldnot do anything against, at last he didnot pay even , and ask my friend sponsor come to him , he will not see anybody until he call my friend , My god , i really donot understand why his company owe my friend payment and shouting to us is legal but for me i can not help my freind asking for the right.and at last he asked have any qatary shout at you in this country , i answered yes i just suffered , then he told people shouting to me because i am not a good lady. ALLA has eyes , i dont know what i am doing wrong and how come i become a bad lady , just because i feel unfair for my friend and stand on her side?? and i could not understand why she has to sign the receive paper before she received the money. is something special rule for business? i am not doing business , maybe what happened all due to we are wrong, my friend should not go there again and again asking the payment and for myself i should not say anything due to that no relation with me.is not my business
