How to change the agreement of already regestered sijil tijari wholy or particially.

Salam to all Qatar living family

i have recently purchased 49% share of one man in one already established company sijil tijari.

Now me and my arab partner are agreed to change the prevousely existing agreement in sijil tijari because i am not agreed to some of its terms.

I shall be really thankful to anyone who can guide me how to make the new agreement between me and my arab partner a part of sijil tijari official agreement present in official office of Qatar.
