working at Aljazeera English

Hi,
I have submitted my CV for AlJazeera English for a translation job. I want to know how can i guarantee getting that job specially that I have an MA in translation and the qualifications they seek for is a BA in translation plus a three years of experience. I am a freelancer for about 3 years and i don't know if this would do!
I also want to know how much a translator earns per month in Doha?

I applied for a job at Aljazeera TV channel in Doha..They posted a job at Bayt.com seeking for a translator.

and by the way I have applied many times for QF but they haven't replied to any of my submissions.

where did u apply? im looking for something in al jazeera or qatar foundation in general!

and dont worry about the pay, qf is very good in that :) but getting a job there is hard i guess :( goodluck though
