Company release?
Please give some ideas:
I’m working here in Doha for almost 10 years in the same Company (local hired), as executive secretary/asst. accountant (Company sponsorship) and I’m planning to find another opportunity since I have earned almost USD.1,600/month. I want a change and to earn better than this.
Is there any new rules here if I can insist my Company release, since I was local hired?

welcome to the club dear :) I'm local hired as well, just finished my 2yrs. It's not an assurance that ur local hired they will give u release. The decision still on the hand of ur boss, so just try to ask for release.

Try to request for a release during ramadan period...
They're more understanding on those days...
i once asked my employer to release me since i complteted 1 yr here in qatar cause i found a better one,but since i'm direct hire from my home place,he told me, we hired you from your home place so we will bring you back there when you resigned. so in other words,so in your case, when you are local hire you have the right to be release where you were hired.
