URGENT PLEASE...
DEAR FRIENDS,
I HAVE GOT APPROVAL FOR MY FAMILY VISA (MY WIFE AND BABY IS IN VISIT VISA) BUT THE PROBLEM IS 28TH OF APRIL VISIT VISA IS EXPIRING.(THIS is 6TH MONTH SO I CANNOT EXTEND FURTHER).
COMPANY PRO GONE FOR EMERGENCY LEAVE HE WILL BE COMING BACK ON 21ST OF APRIL UNTIL HE COMES BACK I CANNOT GET ORIGINAL VISA FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP AND FOR FURTHER PROCESS..
SO PLEASE ADVISE ME IF VISIT VISA EXPIRES WHAT WILL HAPPEN? WE WANT TO FINISH ALL THE FORMULATIES LIKE MEDICAL FINGER PRINTS BEFORE 28TH OR WHAT????
WAITING FOR YOUR VALUABLE ADVISE..PLEASE REPLY URGENTLY..
(Note: you can ask why you didn't submit before, i don't have bank statement for 6months even i submitted 4months statement only but gods grace i got approval.)
Its not hard my expires after eddy six months but I renew it for like weak months all you need is wasta,..
first there is no problem as pro is coming a week before the expiry of visa but if u want u can extend your visit visa to 1 more month while presenting a ticket
from when ur wife is here and visa going to finish 28 and pro coming on 21 so what is the problem?
why not transfer it to RP residence instead of renewing the visit visa? since your Com. PRO wouldnt be around why not do it yourself and submit it personally otherwise you could be fine for their over staying.
