Walang problema ang mag ka iba ang apelyido sa passport mo at at passport nanag asawa mo0 ang importante authenticate yung marriage contract nyo mag asawa may tatak sa Embassy natin tapos may tatak sa MOFA. Kaya dinala yan sa CID para i verify nila kung totooo ang lahat nang papers....

SALAMAT EID2010 AND FLASHPOINT,ganoon ba katagal sa embahada natin,my baby is 2 months na not file the BC ksi im not husband visa,then house visa pa nabili namin for me.my MC attested by phil embassy and MOFA.pero magkaiba kami ng apelyedo.any problem ba kong sakali sa CID advise pleaseee...

At isa pa, hindi mo kelangan dalin sa NHA ang iyong baby sa pag kuha ng birth certificate.

KAbayan Una mong gawin kumuha ka nang Birth certificate sa NHA National Health aUTORITY. Pag same sponsor kayo nang asawa mo o under sponsor ka nang asawa mo makuha mo ka agad pero pag di parejas i advice ka nang NHA na kunin ang birth certificate mo sa CID office sa may SALWA minimum 10 days yun pag ok na ang birth certificate punta ka sa Embassy natin dalhin mo lahat documents at i apply mo. paalala lang isang araw ka mamalagi sa embassy kac alam muna ang process sa embahada natin. at sa pag ka alam ko ngaun bago almost 3 months mag hintay nang passport bago lumabas panigurado lang para d ka mag penalty ipaalam mo sa CID na on process pa ang passport.
