If they are so good – why 'answer' on a forum like QL - where they are open to ‘debate’; read debate as abuse. A good, open recruitment agency would not come on QL to defend themselves; they would have no need to.

Well, the client list of Spanco GKS is still growing and Vodafone Qatar is one of that… Almost 70% of the staff own cars… I actually laughed on your comment “force people to pay us money to get release”, its actually funny.. You need to understand the numbers before writing 40% of the total employee’s payment… Kindly let us all know if you have ever worked with Spanco GKS or you belong to some small part time competition who is trying to malign Spanco’s name. Tara it's been a nightmare for vodafone working with your ppl and u know it. now i have a question for you Tara are you not in the black list of almost all the banks here in doha? can anyone of your employees take anything cars / cash on loan from any bank in Doha? is it true or not that you force people working under your company to pay you and money in great sums in exchange for the release letter?is it true or not that there has been many cases filed aganist u with the courts and the labor depart for your exploitation of your employees? is it true or not that you take a monthly payment of abt 40% of the total employees's payment, and you will keep sucking his/her blood as long as he/she working under your company?the answer is you need to stop lying and deceving ppl.regards

rec-Agencies are supposed to supply you with the right Candidates for a possible long-term career at your work-place that's what Rec-Agenices are for but in Qatar i have noticed almost all Rec-agencies except maybe one "which is ran by a brit outsourcing company" the rest are just a bunch of blood scuking greedy opportunists agencies they trick u in to working for them by givin u empty promises they and then take almost half your pay-check just milking you like cows under a fake written and sgined contract and the delusion is " transfer your ID on us and work under us for one yr" and then we help u transfer your sponsorship to X Company and then 5 yrs would pass with poor fella still stuck in the same Rec-company their passports confiscated and they won't be granted a release in case they found a better payin job well unless they pay loads of money basically buying themsleves off to be free again.my advice to anyone lookin up suchck blood sukin companies. better go back home and look for chance in some other country some where esle than become the cow that milks money for those inhumane blood sucking so called rec-agencies here.watch out for a company called SPANCO . GKS thy are well-known for their heavy envolvment in exploiting employees and one more thing, they are on the black list of every bank in doha recently changed their name or are actually wokiner another sister company for a cover so all of u folks lookin for jobs best of luck but also watch out.
