pay penalty to Ashghal (PWA), where?
Hi,
I recently ran into a street light while steering in reverse. The traffic police asked me to pay a penalty for damage to the street light to Ashghal. They directed me to go to abu hamour to pay the fine.
Does anyone have an idea where is the office of Ashghal in abu hamour to pay the penalty?
any help would be grateful.

Ok Now that you are done with the Road Works Department , u need to go back to them in like 3 - 4 days .They will give you an estimate .Then you need to deposit the cash in their BANK account .Then with the cash deposit slip you need to go to ashghal tower 2 - Opposite the Sheraton , behind the building with the huge Doha Bank Logo.In the ashghal tower ask for the finance department .Then after you GET the receipt from them go back to the traffic police to get your police report .and Finally with the ashghal receipt and the police report go to your insurance and claim your money ( YES THEY WILL REFUND YOUR FINE :) - EVEN IF IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE AND ALSO IF YOU HAVE 3RD PARTY INSURANCE ). And like i learned the hard way , Drive Safe and Slow !

Was able to locate through wikimapia, there seems to be a ashgal building in the opposite lane to the traffic police (fazaa) parking. Thanks for the help
