Most reasonable bank, and Islamic car loan

QLers,
I've looked at some old threads about best/worst banks but didnt see anything current.
Does anyone know of a bank that doesn't charge annual fees on credit cards and/or debit cards? easy to deal with and the least amount of hidden charges?
I'm currently with CBQ and honestly I dont have too many complaints, they do have an annual fees for credit cards but not for debit cards. As of recent no banks except QIB and QIIB are allowed to offer islamic financing for cars. If this is correct, does anyone know if I can get a car loan without actually switching my account?
I've done the obvious (called the bank directly a couple of times) but unfortunately got different answers :) each time, hence the confusion.
If thats not an option could someone please tell me from experience which one is better between QIB and QIIB?
Are there any other options for Islamic car loan? I've checked AlJazeera Finance and their charges are ridiculous.
Thanks

Uzee,

From my experience:

QIIB: is good if you are a government, or a public sector employee. They will provide you with vehicle loan if you are one of them. They really dont bother about private sector employees.

QIB: They have their own secret list of approved companies whose employees are eligible for a loan. So it would be better if you could check with them and get an athourized response before you start your account there. They might demand a Qatari/public sector employee guarantor if you are not in the list.

Barwa: They have another list. If your company is listed there, you will be able to get the loan. Minimum salary to open an account with Barwa is 7K QR. They offered me a loan in 48 hours while no one else did.

If your company is not listed, you can give them CR and trade certificate, they will investigate and approve/deny your entry to the list.

All above islamic bank offers a rate of 2%-3%, while islamic finacne companies offers at 7.5%. If you have time go to their branches and get things clarified by urself.
