To All my brothers and sisters...........searching for a help from yours one younger brother struggling in an indian company to go home.

I am holder of the Indian Passport Number H3311796, working
in Doha Qatar as an A/c Technician since January 23,2011. I am working for an Indian Company Al Mohaya Trading & Contracting Co., which is owned by an Indian .

I came here to Qatar after depositing 25,000/- Indian Rupees in Al hind travels Account as was told by my Employeer for the Visa. He also told that the same amount will be refunded after three months of work with him. He had promised to pay me a monthly salary of 2000/- Qatar Riyals with Accommodation, but was given only 1700/-QAR with a deduction of 250/-QAR for food.

But to my utter disappointment, I was not even given the proposed salary for 8 months after joining in the Company. And after that I was working day and night in the extreme hot climate in Qatar for 6 months without salary which is nearly 14,400/- Qatar Riyals. Whenever I ask him for the salary he refused to give me and told he would give after some months. At the same time he was enjoying world tour with our money. He did not give my 25,000/- INR which was to be returned to me after 3 months of joining.

Recently I came to know that my visa has not been stamped and I was working without the ID Card which is very dangerous and is against the Law of Qatar. My finger print and medical has been completed, but still now there is no ID card with me, My Employer told me it has already been stamped and the documents are with the company sponsor.

And about my family details, I was brought up by my uncles and aunties as my mother died when I was very young and my father also left home since then. I had a younger brother who also died at a young age so I have nobody other than my relatives and have no house for my own. I had come to Qatar thinking that I can make a living with this job. But now I am extremely worried about my each day stay in Qatar.

I would be thankful to you if you could consider my matter seriously and help me to go back to my country (India). I would like to come back to Qatar and work here. So please help me to get exit permit from my current employer without cancelling and to re- enter in this country without any problem.

I will be very much thankful to you if you could help me to get my salary (14,400/- QAR) which is due since many months and as per my employer i had to stop my work from March 15th,2012 to till date I am sitting in my room without work and salary. as I am really struggling for my living here in Qatar.

I spoke to my sponser but he is always in the side of my employer and they are planning to keep me here for longtime and to struggle here.

I have gone to street no. 12 Labour court and they told me to go to Dafna Labour court.i dont know where is this place and later i went to indian embassy and rejestered the case but still now i am not getting the justice....

I came to here that Ministry of Labour will solve the problem.but i dont have money in my hand to go there. If anyone can give me the email id of The director of public relations in the Ministry of Labour (concerned Person Mr.Mohamed al-Atiyyah.

Sometimes Mr.Mohamed al Atiyyah will be in the form of Allah to help me to go home at the earliest.

You are to be blamed. You have come here to do slavery for less money than you can make in India, also to degrade other Indians. Get your money and go back. Take no other compromise.

"I worry a bit when he talks about his sponsor being different than his employer." The company is not local and the sponsor of the company would then be his sponsor.

Where is your passport? If your employer has it, go to NHRC and lodge a complaint. If a work visa has been stamped in your passport, you need not worry about being illegal, regardless of whether you have been give an ID card or not.

No, they don't charge and they will investigate and if you are owed salary as per your contract, they will fight for you to get it. Ministry of labor was next to American hospital on C ring, last time I checked???? has it moved?

What's the name of your company and sponsor?

Well, unless there's something dodgy about his visa. I worry a bit when he talks about his sponsor being different than his employer. These guys are crafty, they catch someone in their snare, knowing they can't complain. Can anyone help here? Does the Ministry of Labor charge for their services?
