Dear friends,

my good friend was given a return housemaid from this agency...she paid the agency fees and the people at the agency said that the visa will be transfered as the housemaid had not stamped the R.P.....

its been more than 15 days and they have not completed her transfer process...the agency is also not responding to her calls....she is very disturbed as she does not want to have any problem....

can anyone help as what is the next step....the papers are with the agency including the maids passport. she is very worried.
