I would like to know how can i get a rental agreement registered in baldiya? I approached many flat and villa owners, but no one is ready to give the certificate. I need it for family visa purpose. Thanks in advance.

Jeevan, you will not get rental agreement from flat & villa owners. Because they hire it from qatari landlords or real estate companies and make partitions and all which is banned by baladiyat. For baladiayat attestation you should hire the flat ( independant - not partitioned) from Qatari owner or real estate. there are lot of required documents like property location, ID copy of qatari owner, building permit certificate etc which can provide by them only.
