What is the salary package of family status in government sector

Dear friends, Please advise us the salary package of government sector for getting family status. I got an opportunity in Qatar Municipality as Civil site engineer. They told me basic 8000/-Qr + Accommodation (Flat) + transport. Now I'm working in a private sector with family status since 7 yrs. If 8000/-Qr is my salary, i need to send back my family in native place, I prefer govt. job as a permanent job. But I want to know even in case of govt. sector 10000/- is the salary package for family status or any less package for them. Thanks
