Document attestation at Indian Embassy

Hi All

As a additional supporting document for applying for residence permit, I need to attest a certificate (ITIL Foundation certificate) since I did not get it attested from India. I am planning to approach Indian Embassy in Qatar for this.

My question - would Indian Embassy attest the certificate without it being prior attested by Ministry of External Affairs in India?

The certificate is not issued by any institute or university in India. Rather it is issued by an official accreditor TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH, a Germany based entity.

All my other educational certificates are already attested by all the entities in India.

You don't need India attestation for professional certificates. Take it directly to Ministry of Foreign Affairs if need it be

Ni Indian embassy liable to attestation of documents issued with in India( from goverment, universities school) not for documents issued outside india.
