Probation period/ resignation / NOC
I've being in doha almost 7 years and I recently transferred my sponsorship to a company and started working with them since last 5 months. I'm still in the probation period. I did medical and fingerprint done this time and my QID has been released to me untill 29/03/2017 .employment contract signed and job offer letter signed.
Though I get the agreed salary on time, I do not like the work atmosphere + the actual work does not fit my job description. In the above scenario, can I resign during probation period without NOC. If I do manage to get the NOC, is there any further restriction of changing sponsorship like period of work.
Please advise.
If I was on probation and employer terminate me in 4 months ie within probation period itself and I get other offer at Qatar itself can I transfer sponsorship? Particularly now when no flights are operational..

You are always welcome to take our team's assistance.
If you have UAE visa copy in hand then you will get boarding pass for UAE.
Exit permit can be issued online through your present company.
Legally your company can't deduct the amount but as you didn't even complete even one year, on ethical basis if you wish, you can reimburse the company.

If I'm leaving the company after six months how much is the reimbursement payment should I pay for my company,
visa charges, medical, fingerprinting, and QID cost?? (To change the sponsorship with the previous NOC I had to exit to dubai and came with their new visa and ticket).

If I could manage to get another job from UAE. Will I need to exit from qatar to back home or direct to UAE. Is there any procedure for that to request exit permit...?

Dear Sir,
If your Qatar Id. is issued then you have to work in current company till next six months from date of issue of your id.
After six months, you have to get إعارة (Job Secondment) letter, by this, you will be still on your current company visa but can legally work in another company.
After twelve months completion with current company visa, you join new company on new visa through لا مانع / شهادة عدم ممانعة (NOC) or transfer your visa to new company through نقل کفالا (transfer letter) & NOC
