▪ Working cooperatively with other departments and ensuring compliance to all timeframe.
▪ Maintaining a detailed record of the site employees.
▪ Maintaining and recording employee attendance and labor timesheet.
▪ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
▪ Scheduling visits and meetings. ▪ Coordinates gate passes for site entry permits.
▪ Scheduling transportation,planning routes,and assigning drivers.
▪ General IT maintenance of files, and document preparation.
