Tickets refund
Hi, how long it usually takes to get ticket refund, I applied for tickets refund three weeks ago, the reservation supervisor tooks my account information and said that the process may take at least 2 weeks, now its almost 3 weeks and i received nothing, any advice in this issue please, thanks
Ha! Ha! As per the "philosophy" of Molten Metal, the supervisor has been relaxing for two weeks now!
I suggest you be a bit patient as during Ramadan things tend to slow down a bit. Follow it up after say couple of weeks if you are not in urgent need of money. Alternatively, pay a visit to his office and check politely.
2 weeks means when he will work for 2 weeks regularly ......
May be he needs 1 week more ........ Be patient / of the supervisor .................
