Is base USD 20K / month a good salary to live in Doha?
Hi,
I have just been invited for a second round of interview for VP- Finance Role at Hamad Airport.
They advised that i'd be getting base salary USD 20K / month + benefits (which they didnt disclose). They said that i'll be getting an apartment or villa depending on vacancy.
Im a family of four , with 2 young daughters (aged 9 and 5)... Is this a good enough salary to live in Doha..?
I was born and raised in Dubai and then moved to US for higher education and now have a job. So I have the sense of a typical Middle East life.. but not sure if this USD is more than enough to live. I'd like to settle in middle of luxury and affordable housing and lifestyle.
Would appreciate any input.
Thanks,
Ali
