Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategies and drive meaningful engagement with our audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will manage our online presence, develop impactful campaigns, and analyze data to continually optimize our performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals.

Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform. (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Create, curate, and schedule engaging multimedia content (images, videos, and text).

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to ensure cohesive messaging.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.

Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to enhance visibility.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual – English & Arabic).

Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software.

Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
