Job Summary:

As an Interior Designer at our company, you will collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to design interiors that reflect our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts, including sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.

• Work closely with construction teams to integrate design elements into architectural plans.

• Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with project goals and budget.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD or similar tools.

• Create high-quality Photorealistic Rendering (3D visualizations) using software such as 3D Max, V-Ray, or SketchUp.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and installations.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and construction technologies.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Oversee the execution of interior designs on-site, ensuring quality and attention to detail and coordination with subcontractor to ensure seamless integration of designs from various project teams.

• Provide technical design solutions, particularly during the construction phases, with a client-centric focus.

• Experience in variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring that every space meets aesthetic and functional goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the construction.

• Software Proficiency:

• Expertise in 3D Max, AutoCAD, and V-Ray for visualization and technical drawings.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentations and graphics.

• Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D modeling software is a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of interior construction processes and material specifications.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building codes.
