I've got 5+ years' experience in the field of banking operations and customer relationship. I was managing the Customer Care department of Hyundai Motors Franchise under S.S. Group, Kerala, India. My recent experience was working as a Customer Care Manager in SS Hyundai.
I got an opportunity showcase my skills for organizational growth and business development in my previous positions. I got an opportunity to sharpen my skills in various area such as planning, organizing, analyzing troubles, solving customer complaints, customer satisfaction, strong product & industry knowledge, leader ship and team work.
