hum bhe kar saktay hain aisi shaeri, ye mat kaho

uss nazr ke, uss badan ke gungunahat tu suno
aik se hoti hay her aik ragni, ye mat kaho

hum se dewaano kay bin, dunia sanwarti kis tarah
aqal kay aagay hay kia dewaangi, ye mat kaho

jitnay waaday kal thay utnay aaj bhe moujod hain
unn kay waadon main hue hay kami, ye mat kaho

dil main apnay dard ke chatki hue hay chandni
her kaheen phaili hue hay tairgi, ye mat kaho
