Anybody know Owner of Vehicle 425137?

I suppose it is Nissan Tiida.
A portable flash from radar cvaught my attention.
This fellow was my neighbour behind.
Just tell him he has lot of fines on MOI.
Everytime he comes back from Office there is a Camera radar flash on his vehicle.
His total fines has exceeded the cost of my car.
Somebody just inform him. May be he is unaware.

lol that guy is living it up on the highways..needless to say, someone's going to wake up to a very bad 20th of June; unless he misses the istimara too:-)
lol, may be he is business man, he want finish his business very fast, no problem about this small fines, he will get more benefits from his business, so no problem lose this money, but everything is small fine, that's mean he know the big fine signals. if he cross that he will get one time a big fine. may be he plan to pay one time only, because he don't have time to go every time for pay this small amounts.
Dont worry pal, total fines equal to one crossing the red light! :)
