Anyone had awful service from Porsche Doha?

I have had a horrible time buying my 4th Porsche here. This is my first experience in Doha and have had great service in the past in Germany, the US and in the past 5 countries we have lived in. Before I bought the car I had it inspected and they missed the fact the motor had been altered even though I told them to check it as I did not trust the owner. The missed it anyway. Car as been in the shop now after I boughtit for 10 days and they never call or give me an update on what is wrong. As a matter of fact it seems like they are on an incentive to limit outgoing calls and never call back even if they promise to (OK they called me back three times in 10 days, but I had to chase them for 4 days during the pre purchase test for results and they never called then either). After 10 days I am unable to find out when I can pick up the car and keep telling the rental comapany I am using "maybe tomorrow I will bring back the car".

I have had some luck with the Service manager who has tried to make amendes after the screw ups but now the same lack of follow up and calls.

Strangly they like to call just before 16:00 closing hours or at noon on Thursday when they close.

Only the guy who answers the phones Waiaky gets stars for customer service.

I have sent a complaint to Porsche in Germany, if any one else has some let me konw and post here. I will send the link to the head office in Europe.

If I am wong I would like to know but so far this has been an awful experience driven be bad communication and will deter me from buying Porsche while in Doha.
