make sure about the intrest rate on commercial bank... they make you fool... i took same from commercial bank, 2007 preowned GXR and sign contract on intrest of 5.6% but when they started deducting from my account i noticed that they are charging me 10.2% and from jan-09 they are charging me 12.5% saying due to the crisis we have increased intrest on all loans... very frustating.. talked with commercial but all in vain.. they make u crazy and lost...thinking of clearing the whole amount asap..

Try HSBC or Commercial Bank. But... the regulations regarding lending has got much tighter! Good Luck
