i suggest u get an NOC frm the bank. You never kno wat mood the guy at the post is in or wen new rules come into effect!!!

Better safe than sorry!

And yeah, as some1 mentioned earlier, check with ur insurance company regarding ur coverage outside Qatar borders.

if you have company guarantor, you may bring your car to Dubai.

.

of course you need NOC from the bank for this.

.

Now if you do not have a company guaranto, and the loan is under your personal account. it is impossible to bring your car outside the country.

No need for any letter.

Last Idd holidays we had gone to UAE by road.

My Brother in law's vehicle is hypothicated and he had no problems at border.

At the border the fisrt booth you will come across is customs where they will check vehicle registration and give you a slip.

There is no need for bank's NOC. I went for Umra last year, even when ownership was shared by me and bank.Goodluck

Be careful, although it is registered in your name, the registration document may indicate the Banks involvement. Usually if a car is purchased with a loan, the ownership of the vehicle remains with the lender even though the vehicle is registered with the user. It is better to get a letter and remember your comrehensive insurance may not cover any damage to your vehicle outside Qatar. You may have to get a letter of guarantee from someone to cover the outstanding loan.

Yes you can. It is recommended to get a letter but they never ask at the border for it. As long as you have the car registration with you.
