Technical Inspection of Car-Changing License Plate

I got my Car's Technical Inspection done and observation is that Name Plate is peeled off. I contacted the Traffic Police man and he put some remark in Arabic and I asked someone to read and am advised that I need to replace the license plate.

Can some advise me the process to get the license plate changed?
What are the working hours for the Traffic Police at Madinat Khalifa for changing the License Plate and getting new registration for another year?
