Yesterday when i took left turn in Mall signal , that left road to Doah Cinema side was closed. It was bit embarrasing to find a road block just feets infront. So i took the straight towards Lulu D ring road way instead of left / u turn. Will it be a traffic offence ? Please reply if you know.
