How about the Honda Odyssey? Is it being sold to individuals unlike vans? I like vans like the Toyota Grandia but I believe it is only sold to companies and not to individuals.

A foreigner should always keep in mind the resale of a vehicle. In this respect Toyota is the market leader followed by Nissan. All three are good vehicles.

Why Nissan Tiida? Will it last for 5-6 years with minor maintenance? How about its resale value?

Ok Thank you very much. So you mean to say that Toyota corolla is expensive than the Honda Civic? Actually we are want to buy a vehicle that can accommodate at least 6 persons, or 8 maximum. However, SUVs like Toyota Land Cruiser and Nissan Patrol are too expensive.

it will depend on what you choose. even if we suggest a car brand, still , you will be the one to decide.

I prefer the Toyota Corolla because it looks slick but it is quite expensive. The Nissan Tiida is quite nice but the Honda Civic will last longer and has cheaper spare parts. So I'd say Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla depending on which is more practical for you.
